standard for vegetables to be processed further in industry - free from residues, thus complying with the Diet Regulation (Germany and EU 1999/39EG)
- loaded loosely on tilting truck
- healthy, customary in trade, unwashed
- carrots and parsnips are topped, if requested
- fresh vegetables are supplied from approximately August until February
